 [bug]several bugs - 2005/10/17 04:11 I love your application.
However, it has following bugs somtime.
1) Some programs minimized can't be shown in the desktop thumbnail,
2) Some programs minimized to system-bar still remain in the desktop thumbnails, e.g. task-manager and foobar-2000;
3) Some programs exited still remain in the desktop thumbnails, and it has no response on right-clicking on the thumbnail, e.g. emule;
4) The image of desktop thumbnails are never changed while the program has been runnig for sometime, e.g. surfing the internet and using adobe reader.

On to your comments.

1) Ummm, which programs exactly?

2) Unfortunately depending on how the application implements its minimize to tray functionality, miniMIZE is unable to determine whether it is being minimized or sent to the tray. From the next beta you will be able to add those applications to the exclusion list to stop them from doing that.

3) I have actually seen that before, but not been able to reproduce it. I must try and find that bug.

4) I have necer seen this. You do realise that the thumbnail only updates when you minimize the application, so it's not going to update while it is minimized. If you can help me by providing a reproduction case, I will see what I can do. miniMIZE developer ~ Donate to miniMIZE

Last time I was not sure about bug no. 1, because I didn't know which program running out of way exactly.

This time the first bug appeared was no. 3, after that bug no. 1, 3 and 4 are appeared. All newly running programs minimized didn't have thumbnails. All thumbnails of newly exited programs still remained on the desktop. All thumbnails weren't updated.

It means that if bug no.1 appeared then all dead and living thumbnials are never be changed. But the living thumbnails still can make response to general opration, e.g. double-clicking, right-clicking and moving. And the dead thumbnails only response to moving opration.
