phatman Visitor	Re:[BUG] Various Bugs in miniMIZE - 2005/09/21 14:36 Illuminate, Think I have confirmed the problem with Firefox, if I minmize Firefox whilst a tab is still loading (am on dial up) miniMIZE fails to then minimize Firefox and appears to stop working (e.g. it will leave existing thumbnails on the dekstop even if the program is closed). Hope that helps. This may not be a problem with other programs as most will not allow you to minimize or close the window whilst it is busy (e.g. MS Word). Cheers Phat

When you say whilst a tab is loading, do you mean, loading a site? I have middle clicked on a number of links to start them loading in new tabs, and then minimized Firefox with no problems. Do you have any particular Firefox plugins installed? miniMIZE developer ~ Donate to miniMIZE

Two thing I noticed that can help: 1) To me it seems not time-related, but happening after recovering windows from a hybernation (laptop) 2) With some software, when auto-iconizing (I mean: i click on close but the software is set to iconize in the try) miniMize crashes: i.e. it happens always with Abilon.
