I seem to have no problems with this at all. Can you perhaps let me know which versions of Black Box you're having issues with? miniMIZE developer ~ Donate to miniMIZE

I believe bb4win and bblean worked around this "desktop hack" with a dirty method that really messed with the core and the xoblite developer didn't agree with. He hasn't done it in another way because i didn't really seem important (read cause any issues with the actual shell itself).

IceBrain User Fresh Boarder	Re:Minimize and alternative shells? - 2007/02/28 15:58 Hi. First of all, I would like to thank you very much for this app. It's a great substitute to the old taskbar. My problem is: I have removed explorer.exe as my shell and now I use miniMIZE and Launchy for all my Windows management. But, having no shell, my apps windows minimize to a little bar (Windows 3.1 style). I was planning on making another hook that would set it to hide (using ShowWindow() ) but wouldn't that make problems with miniMIZE? Hope you can answer me
